Sphinx race
Sphinxes are Magical Beast type monsters.
Description[edit]
Wise and noble creatures, Sphinxes are typically chosen to guard holy places or items of great power. They have a weakness for riddles, and will often grant passage to those who can correctly answer their puzzles - though those who answer wrongly risk enraging them.
Currently, DDO contains only Gynosphinxes, which are Lawful Good. However, Lawful Neutral and even Lawful Evil sphinxes exist.
