Effect: This weapon stores the cyclonic might of the windstorm within. When the weapon is used, this power can come to the surface as a series of rushing, cutting winds that deal slashing damage to the target over several seconds.

Notes:

• 2% chance of 3 ticks of (8d10+80) slashing damage: 124*3=372 average damage, 7.44 average per hit. (testing)
• Damage dealt fairly quickly, about 3–4 seconds total.
• Rarely it will hit for 4 ticks instead of 3, and very rarely it will hit for ~247 damage in a single tick instead of the usual 124.

Legendary Slicing Winds

Effect: This weapon whistles with the wind. On hit, this mysterious power has a chance of coming to the surface, slicing at the struck enemy for a significant amount of Slashing damage.

• 2% chance for (8d100+400) slashing damage every 2 seconds for 6 seconds, 3 ticks: 804*3=2412 average damage, 48.24 average per hit.
