You cannot cast spells that require this component if you cannot move causing arcane spell failure resulting in a ruined spell. Description
Throw a bottle that explodes on impact, rapidly condensing water in the air with a magical reaction that has the effect of the Obscuring Mist spell: A Misty vapor arises, obscuring all sight, giving all creatures in the fog concealment (attackers have 20% miss chance). Obscuring mist can be burned away with fire spells that hit the area of the mist.
Notes:
- Although this spell has a positional tag, it MUST target an enemy and cannot be cast in place or on self making it less desirable than the base Obscuring Mist spell as the caster has to throw the potion at an enemy and then run into the mist to gain concealment.
