Description: You fight Quinn near the end of the Quickfoot Hideout during The Swiped Signet. He's nowhere near as mighty as he makes himself out to be, even with the dogs he lets loose upon you, and goes down rather quickly. He stays hidden until you run past or open the dog pen. Killing him is not required to complete the quest unlike most red named enemies.
