When you talk to him, he will randomly say one of those lines:
- Polonius Raimarr: They say these lands were once ruled by a fearsome wizard. He's long dead, but I hear his tomb is a veritable trasure trove. If you can find it, that is!
- Polonius Raimarr: Sunderhoof is a bit gruff at times, but he helps keep the peace. If ever there was a place for misfits and outcasts, it's this place.
- Polonius Raimarr: The djinni takes care of us here in the refuge. Without his guidance, I fear that the gnolls would carry us off to work in their mines... or worse, roast in their fire pits!
