Description

The Foe feels an undeniable urge to dance and begins doing so, complete with foot shuffling and tapping. The spell effect makes it impossible for the Foe to do anything other than caper and prance in place. It lasts for 5d3+12 seconds (17 to 27 seconds).

Notes:

• The spell's duration against players is much shorter: 3d3+3 seconds (6 to 12 seconds).
• Requires close proximity (Touch range) to cast.
• Works on Orange named, and Epic Monsters. Excels against foes without any spell resistance, and prevents annoying healer type monsters from spamming heals on themselves.
• Warlock: Fey pact only, minimum class level 18
