Effect: This weapon afflicts enemies with sluggish clumsy movement. -1 Dexterity on a successful hit.
- Red named may only take up to 10 points of stat damage. Purple named bosses are completely immune to this effect.
- This weapon effect can be found on magical weapons. The effect only occurs if the base damage after the targets DR has been taken into account is at least 1 point of physical damage.
- For example, if you attacked a creature with DR of 5 and on two different hits, hit for 3 and 6 damage respectively, only the second attack would have the effect work after the targets DR had been subtracted from the damage done.
- Sneak attack damage is considered as normal damage when calculating whether the wounding effect takes effect.
