Laceration

Effect: Increase the amount of damage of your Slashing spells and Bludgeoning spells by +10% per tier. I-IX number written on it indicates maximum spell level affected.

For example, adding a tier 1 Mystical affect to an adamantine base weapon in Alchemical Crafting improves the damage dealt of your slashing and bludgeoning spells by +50% and affects all level 9 or lower spells since it has Superior Laceration IX written on it.

As of now this effect only exists in Alchemical Crafting when you put a Tier 1 mystical recipe on an adamantine alchemical base weapon.
