Use this special bait to draw new Kobold scavengers to non-desecrated camp sites. Usable in extraction challenges.
Note that Kolbolds who have been driven out of a camp ex. desecrated camp site will not return, even for tasty, tasty Kobold Butter.

- Killing boss monsters in any challenge. (~4-5% chance for them to drop a random challenge item), Bound to Character.
- Purchase from the DDO Store, Bound to Account. (Listed in the DDO Store as Kobold Butter Bait.)
