Notes: One of the Coin Lords, Kirris Sel Shadra is in charge of Stormreach's criminal courts. In the setting, the Sel Shadras are extremely corrupt and have several ties to criminal groups, with Kirris herself suspected to have ties with the Boromar Clan and, by extension, the Sharn Syndicate. Since Kirris is yet to make any major appearance in DDO itself, it is unknown whether this applies.
