Overview[edit]

For the Kensei, perfection is found in the mastery of a single melee weapon. The Kensei seeks to unite this weapon of choice with the body to make them one and to use the weapon as naturally and without thought as any other limb.

Fighter Kensei I[edit]

  • Usage: Passive
  • Cost: 4 action points
  • Progression: 16 action points
  • Requires One of: any of Weapon Specialization
  • Requires All of: Fighter Attack Boost II, Fighter Critical Accuracy II
  • Available to Fighter class level 6
  • You are the unrivaled master of your chosen weapon. Your focus and training grant you a +1 bonus to Bluff,Concentration, Diplomacy, and Intimidate skills, Combat Feat DC's, Reflex saves against magic, and additional Action Boosts per rest. If you possess a Ki bar, you gain 1 additional Ki on criticals and when meditating.

Kensei Specified Weapon Mastery I[edit]

  • Usage: Passive
  • Cost: 1 action point
  • Progression: 19 action points
  • Requires All of: Weapon Specialization: Specified Weapon, Fighter Kensei I
  • Available to Fighter class level 6
  • If the Specified weapon is one handed, ranged, or thrown weapon, you gain an additional +1 bonus to hit and damage, and +2 to confirm criticals and critical damage (before multipliers) when using the Specified Weapon. If the Specified weapon is a two handed weapon, you gain an additional +1 bonus to hit, +2 to damage and to confirm criticals and +4 to critical damage (before multipliers), as well as improved glancing blows that have an increased chance of applying magical weapon effects when using the Specified Weapon.

Fighter Kensei II[edit]

  • Usage: Passive
  • Cost: 2 action points
  • Progression: 42 action points
  • Requires One of: any of Greater Weapon Specialization
  • Requires All of: Fighter Kensei I
  • Available to Fighter class level 12
  • Your focus and training improve, granting an additional +1 bonus to Bluff,Concentration, Diplomacy, and Intimidate skills, Combat Feat DC's, Reflex saves against magic, and additional Action Boosts per rest. If you possess a Ki bar, you gain 1 additional Ki on criticals and when meditating. You can expend a Fighter Attack Boost to get Fighter Kensei II: Power Surge.

Fighter Kensei II: Power Surge[edit]

  • Expend a Fighter attack boost to focus your energy and spirit, gaining a +8 psionic bonus to strength for a short period of time (60 seconds). If you possess the ability to generate Ki, you generate an additional 2 ki on successful attacks during your surge.

Kensei Specified Weapon Mastery II[edit]

  • Usage: Passive
  • Cost: 1 action point
  • Progression: 43 action points
  • Requires All of: Greater Weapon Specialization: Specified Weapon, Fighter Specified Weapon Specialization I, Kensei Specified Weapon Mastery I, Fighter Kensei II
  • Available to Fighter class level 12
  • If the Specified weapon is one handed, ranged, or thrown weapon, you gain an additional +1 bonus to hit and damage, and +2 to confirm criticals and critical damage (before multipliers) when using the Specified Weapon.   • Requires All of: Fighter Attack Boost III, Fighter Critical Accuracy III, Fighter Kensei II
  • Available to Fighter class level 18
  • Your focus and training improve, granting an additional +1 bonus to Bluff,Concentration, Diplomacy, and Intimidate skills, Combat Feat DC's, Reflex saves against magic, and additional Action Boosts per rest. If you possess a Ki bar, you gain 1 additional Ki on criticals and when meditating.

  • Cost: 1 action point
  • Progression: 67 action points
  • Requires All of: Superior Weapon Focus: Specified Weapon, Fighter Specified Weapon Specialization II, Kensei Specified Weapon Mastery II, Fighter Kensei III
  • Available to Fighter class level 18
  • You gain +1 critical threat range with your signature weapon.
