Description: The right hand man of Baron Vallakovich. Unbeknownst even to himself, Izek is actally Ireena Kolyana's biological brother. This may explain why he is obsessed with her, and keeps dozens of identical dolls of her in a locked box in his room. (Ick.)

No matter how things go down in Vallaki, you'll end up having to kill Izek at some point in the quest. To make things easiest for yourself, inform him that Lady Wachter is plotting against the Baron and lead him into the tunnels under the manor. At least this way he'll take out a couple of Orthons before turning on you.
