This ring drops with semi random stats. It can have a +7 Enhancement Bonus or the +2 Insightful to either STR/DEX/CON.. I think. It also does not always have Stunning +10. I've seen one with Vertigo and I'd not be shocked if there is one that is Shatter as well. I am not sure however to the exact stats it can spawn with.

- I think the easiest way to confirm this is getting a lot of screenshots. Maybe this is the new Rahl's Might.
