Crystal Shard of Dreams and Crystal Shard of Nightmares, which is the right name for it? --yoko5000 13:40, September 8, 2011 (EDT)
- Pretty sure both names are correct and they are seperate items for seperate adventure packs. Crystal shard of dreams = 1 shard of a disc of dreams.. Create the disc to upgrade an item in the dreamforge. Crystal shard of nightmares = 1 shard of a disc of nightmares.. Create the nightmare disc, as it one of the discs required ot get the bonus loot in mindsunder. Think thats right, I might be slightly confused as I havent done this in years, but that sounds right --Shade 21:23, September 8, 2011 (EDT)
- Mm just read the descript of the nightmares shard. It says it requires 6 to make a disc.. Thats incorrect and the part that confused me. It's only 3. So thats either a old dated image, or just plain incorrect which wouldn't be surprising. Im quite sure its 3, per the quest page The_Mindsunder. --Shade 21:29, September 8, 2011 (EDT)

The Mindsunder stuff - rather Quest items although they go into ingred bags and Stone of Change
- 3 Crystal Shard of Nightmares → Crystal Disc of Nightmares
- 3 Crystal Shard of Phantasms → Crystal Disc of Phantasms
- 3 Crystal Shard of Torments → Crystal Disc of Torments
- 3 Crystal Shard of Horrors → Crystal Disc of Horrors
