Hey guys, can't edit the Bracers of the Demon's Consort page, so thought I'd at least mention some things here.
First, while the Zawabi's Revenge raid loot page shows the unlisted effect, the page for the item itself does not. The 1% chance of a level drain should be mentioned.
Also, some notes should be added. For the temporary hitpoints, it is not a dispellable effect, nor does it have a timer like Bodyfeeder or Lifeshield. It persists through rests. It likely stacks with everything, though that is yet to be tested.
Anyone who can add those changes and delete this page, thanks.

All effects occur on hit, not on damage. DR can absorb all damage and still proc the effects.
The level drain occurs whether the attack was melee or ranged. The curse and inflict wounds occurs only on melee attack. The temp HP is inconclusive at the moment.

Question - where does the 20% proc rate for Demonic Shield come from? Recent testing on the official forums implies (but does not prove) that it's 15%.
