I was dual-boxing, pulling an alt through this chain. After both had grabbed their chain end reward, I found one alt had a version of this item that was Bound to Account on Acquire
Bound to Account on Acquire: This item is Bound to Account on Acquire, and the other had one that was Bound to Character on AcquireBound to Character on Acquire: This item is Bound to Character on Acquire. Both were pulled during the same run, but I can't say where each got theirs from - noticed it after a week later.
