House Phiarlan[edit]

If you try to talk to her while at level 2 or lower, she will reply:

  • Glitter Underhill: No, no autographs please.

If you are at level 3 or higher, however, she will reply:

  • Glitter Underhill: Oh... where's the help House Phiarlan promised me?
  • Glitter Underhill: I have no time, no time! Darn, darn it to Khyber!
  • You: Calm down, I'm your new producer. House Phiarlan sent me.
  • Glitter Underhill: Do you have production experience? Oh, who cares! The test staging of my play, The Fall of Truth, was a disaster, absolute disaster!
  • Glitter Underhill: I had to rewrite the role, and now I need a new lead actor. I need... a Hill Giant! But I need one who can actually read my script. I've heard that Brawnpits is smart enough to sound out the letters.
  • Glitter Underhill: You can take one of the caravans here in the House Phiarlan Enclave to reach Mammoth Valley, where he lives. Can you stop by and see if he'll sign on? Pretty please?
    • You: Very well. For the sake of the stage, I'll go. (Bestow quest)
    • You: What went wrong in the test staging?
      • Glitter Underhill: Well, apparently the philistines objected to my first choice for the lead actor....
      • Glitter Underhill: I ask you, why couldn't the Stormreaver hero of the ancient Giant Empire be a Dwarf, huh, huh, why not?
      • Glitter Underhill: But the test audience didn't like it. Worse, House Phiarlan is my investor, and they don't like it, no, not one bit. (Sigh) In this line of business, what House Phiarlan wants, House Phiarlan gets.
        • You: All right, I'll go recruit a new actor for the Stormreaver role (Bestow quest)

Talking to her after acquiring the quest, but before completion, will make she say:

  • Glitter Underhill: Quickly, quickly, I need a Hill Giant for the lead actor role!
  • Glitter Underhill: You can take the caravan right over here to reach Mammoth Valley, where Brawnpits lives.
  • Glitter Underhill: Can you stop by, and see if he'll work for me? Pretty please?
  • You: Why do you need a new lead actor again?
      • Glitter Underhill: Well, apparently the philistines objected to my first choice for the lead actor....
      • Glitter Underhill: I ask you, why couldn't the Stormreaver hero of the ancient Giant Empire be a Dwarf, huh, huh, why not?
      • Glitter Underhill: But the test audience didn't like it. Worse, House Phiarlan is my investor, and they don't like it, no, not one bit. (Sigh) In this line of business, what House Phiarlan wants, House Phiarlan gets.

On completion of quest, she will congratulate you with the following:

  • Glitter Underhill: Did you get him, huh, did you sign up with Brawnpits?
  • Glitter Underhill: Yes? Yay! We'll start rehearsals immediately! With his rugged good looks, we're sure to attract the female audience. And with the skull-crushing fight scenes, we'll bring in the action audience too! We'll be a hit, I'm sure, yes!
  • Glitter Underhill: Don't worry about yourself either. I'll make sure you get producer credits, you know I will! Go and tell Rouge in the House Phiarlan Enclave that everything will be perfect!

After completing the quest and take the reward, if you talk to her again, she will reply:

  • Glitter Underhill: We're a hit! The critics are eating up Brawnpits' performance as the Stormreaver!
  • Glitter Underhill: Phiarlan's Playwright of the Year award, here I come. Yes, yes!
