This is a broker (or Pawn) shop located in the southeast corner of House Deneith. NPC's buy and sell weapons with base values above 8,000 gp. In practice, this includes only items with a total magical enhancement amount of +3 or higher, such as a vanilla +3 enhancement bonus or a +2 bonus plus a minor prefix or suffix. i.e.: +2 Shield of Intimidation.
Note: Broker NPC's only sell items available that other players have sold to it that day.
