1 - Greater Nimbleness will only affect the armor or shield it is slotted into. It has no effect when slotted into non-armor/non-shield items.
2 - The toughness augmentation is an item enchantment effect, and therefore does not stack with other items that bestow the toughness enchantment (i.e. Minos Legens, Thaarak Bracelet). This will however stack with any and all class/racial toughness enhancements and feats.
