Description: If you selected certain dialogue options in your previous chat with the Upstanding Citizen, he will be called other names: "Thieving Elf Courier", "Murderous Elf Courier", "Elfy Elf Courier" and "Whomever the Elf Courier" are all possible. All are otherwise identical, and count as a plain old Elf Courier in the Monster Manual.
