Draconic Devastation

Draconic Devastation is a level 4 spell and SLA available to Dragon Disciples. Five variants of the breath exist:

• This is one of 5 Draconic Devastation spells Dragon Disciples can prepare or obtain as an SLA within their enhancement tree.
• The fear effect is still applied on a successful save, _{though not on a successful save against a target with Evasionneeds verification}
• _{The Prepared Version of this spell did not benefit from Spell School or Breath Weapon DCs Confirmed fixed as Update 74}
• The enhancement "Flawless Breathing" reduces the CD of the SLA version to 17 seconds. It does not affect the prepared version of the spell.
