Description
An empty vessel capable of storing energy. Empty cells can be charged by combining them with suitably powerful magic weapons.
Tips
This item can be 'charged' in an Altar of Subjugation using a random weapon with a listed value of +6 or higher to create a Shavarath Medium Energy Cell.
WARNING: During this process, the weapon is consumed (destroyed).
