Having edited for 10.2 year(s) and accumulating 1,000+ edits with no significant gaps in the last year, I think Dywypi would make a great administrator should he choose to accept the nomination. Cru121 (Contributions • Message) 10:56, June 30, 2015 (EDT)
- I can get behind this recommendation. For sure. "Yes" from me. -- Ague (Talk · Contribs · B · D · I · P · PM · PP · UM · UR) 11:41, June 30, 2015 (EDT)
- Support. He has been doing great work with the DDO information project. — Zav (T·E·C) 12:39, June 30, 2015 (EDT)
- Well, despite the fact that this user is trusted and has the required contributions, I'm not convinced we really need more administrators at this time. We seem to have more regularly active administrators than actual content editors. That said, I'm going to oppose for now with a note that this user is at the top of the list when things change. - um really? give him superuser then or is it not option due to our promotion rules? i forgot. its getting rather vague for me whos active and working on what sorta thing nowdays. seriously we need a new version of this. yoko5000 (Contributions • Message) 02:18, July 2, 2015 (EDT)
- Huh? He's had superuser since I gave it to him last year: https://ddowiki.com/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&page=User%3ADywypi "22:07, October 14, 2014 ShoeMaker (Talk | contribs | block) changed group membership for U:Dywypi from DDO wiki VIP to DDO wiki VIP and Super user (> 250 edits. This should have been done awhile ago...)" As far as your who's who page goes, we could make a DDO:Who's who page and I could set it up with some JavaScript that would give an accurate indication of who's active and not and update lists (dynamically on page load, I can't have it actually edit the page unless you're a bot (since only bots have writeapi which I'm hoping to get Xevo to change)). - Hrmm. Actually, why don't I see if I can write a real bot to maintain it... ShoeMaker (Contributions • Message) 06:37, July 3, 2015 (EDT)
- Well I don't really have strong feelings for Dywypi, but he meets the prereqs and he's more active than other admins. It's not like an admin promotion makes one stop contributing. --Cru121 (Contributions • Message) 03:20, July 2, 2015 (EDT)
- I thought that I'd give you all a few days to respond... thank you for the offer and support, etc. Hopefully this gets posted in the correct area - fingers crossed.
- Hmm, even though I'm confident it would be within my capabilities to learn to fulfil such a role; honestly I'm quite happy in my old ordinary casual robe; so I'll gracefully decline the offer. After all it is the kind thoughts and actions that counts not the title. :)

- Nonsense! This is your first baby step to ruling the world. Mwahahaha!! Look at me, promoting people left and right, deleting articles at random, banning contributors for petty offenses, etc. Bureaucrats can do it ALL, baby! And don't get me even started on all the hot chicks that flock to my DDOwiki profile! ---- Anyway, if you hit a wall with your editing efforts, needing more rights, please don't hesitate to ask for them. --Cru121 (Contributions • Message) 12:48, July 3, 2015 (EDT)
