If it wasn't for this required process, I would have just given him admin straight up no questions asked. He is a strong forum presence and has been here quite a while as well. He has 2,503 edits stretching back as far as 04:30, January 17, 2010. He should have been promoted long ago in my opinion... All I need is a second on this, and it is done.
