DDO Server Transfers 2025
New 64-bit servers will go live on July 15th and you will have until August 31st to transfer characters off the 32-bit servers before they are closed.
At a later date TBD, SSG will reopen the 32-bit game worlds only for players to prepare their characters for transfer with no questing or other gameplay available for two years.

Description: While not actively engaged in melee range, Commander Ophael builds up stacks of A Cunning Plan, an effect which dramatically increases the damage of her next few melee attacks. Unlike many raid bosses, this doesn't apply any direct penalty for not engaging her in melee range, but it is inadvisable to allow her to close ranks after building up a few stacks of this effect.
Note that Ophael's weapon poison is supernatural, and therefore ignores the lingering immunity from Neutralize Poison and affects Warforged. Players with immunity to all poisons (mostly Undead players using Pale Shrouds or Shadow Shrouding) are still unaffected.
