Cauldron of Cadence

The Cauldron of Cadence is the Crafting device for Ferrocrystal Weaponry and Set Augments. These items come from chests in the wilderness area and quests found in The Feywild. The Cauldron is reached by entering the Hut from Beyond, which is located on the north side of the docks in the Stormreach Harbor. When the dialog box for the door appears, choose the option “Journey to the Feywild through the Hut from Beyond.”

Ferrocrystal Weaponry

Ferrocrystal Weaponry can come from various sources by turning in 20 Chunks of Ferrocrystal / Legendary Chunks of Ferrocrystal to the Cauldron of Cadence. The majority of these weapons have the appropriate qualities to bypass the DR of the creatures in the Feywild and come in every standard weapon type in the game. They craft at ML5 for heroic content and ML29 for legendary content.

Set Augments

These level 30 augments can be slotted in any augment color slot. They can be crafted in the Cauldron of Cadence using the recipes in the table below. The Augment Set bonus takes priority over Item Item Set bonus, when slotted into a Set Item. In other words: "Slotting a Set Augment in any Augment Slot of a Set Item will override its existing Set Bonus to Augment Set Bonus."
