Runearms, regardless of which kind of shot they fire, have a DC of 10 + Current Charge Tier + Maximum Charge Tier + Int Modifier + Evocation Bonuses + Runearm Bonuses.

A runearm's Caster Level is equal to your Artificer level, plus bonuses to Arcane Spell Caster Level.

Machrotechnic allows a user to use the highest of their Int, Cha, or Wis modifiers for Runearm DC, or use the highest of half of their Character Level or (all of) their Artificer level for Runearm Caster Level.
