Description

Creates a stormcloud that persists for some time and randomly strikes nearby targets with bolts of lightning for 1d6+6 electrical damage per caster level. A successful Reflex save reduces the damage by half.

Notes

Observed effects:

• Long casting time
• Can be cast in public areas (no visible effect)
• Targets random enemies in a decent range every ~3 seconds
• Affected by Air Savant caster level increases (longer duration)
• Druid's DC uses Wisdom modifier
• Half-Elf's DC uses Charisma modifier
