Overview[edit]
Ingenious negotiators and manipulators, blue dragons dwell in ruins and deserts. They have an affinity with electricity, breathing bolts of lightning at their foes.

Combat[edit]
A dragon uses its powerful natural weapons in combat.
- Bite (Piercing)
- Claw (Slashing)
- Tail Whip (Bludgeoning + Knockdown)
- Wing Buffet - throws players across the room
- Electric Breath - electrical damage, reflex save for half
