Alignment: Lawful Evil
Boss: Red Named - Boss
CR: ●♦25Epic Normal ●♥34Epic Hard ●♠51Epic Elite
Attack: Cleave (Slashing damage), Ball Lightning, and Chain Lightning. Rarely uses his special chains ability which severely slows your melee attacks and movement speed.
Special Qualities: DR ●♦30Epic Normal ●♥30Epic Hard/Good + Silver. Special attack: Binding Chain, Teleportation (he loves to use this)
Habitat:
- Devil Assault (quest) — Epic wave 4 boss
Description: Baktor is the 2nd boss you'll encounter in Epic Devil Assault.
Strategy (Epic)
- Bug: Baktor gets stuck in a teleport loop and becomes extremely hard to damage. Luckily there are workarounds:
- Gather you entire party on the crate in the center, and cast mass invisibility. Baktor will become confused trying to find you, and reset his AI, fixing the bug. Regular invisibility cast on everyone one at a time can work also, just faster and easier with mass.
- Alternatively if you have no access to invisibility you'll just have to beat him down with the bug, Blade barrier is rather effective when he's in this state.
