Quest Strategy
On normal difficulty, Aurora will not activate until all three Cursed Ritualists are killed. The party can clear each of the three tunnels and kill the ritualists as it goes along. Be aware that once Aurora does activate, trash will spawn in all three tunnels and come to the center. The trash is numerous and can easily overwhelm a party that doesn't have crowd control or instakills.
On hard difficulty, Aurora will activate as soon as she sees you, but she is invulnerable until the 3 ritualists are killed. Therefore, she is usually kited by one party member, while the others clear the three tunnels and kill the ritualists.
On elite difficulty, Aurora will activate as soon as she sees you, but she is invulnerable until the 3 ritualists are killed and the ritualists must be killed within about 30 seconds of each other. Therefore, she is usually kited by one party member, while the others clear the three tunnels of trash (without killing the ritualists)! The ritualists are then kited to the center and killed simultaneously. Only then can Aurora be taken down.
Combat
A marilith’s natural weapons, as well as any weapons it wields, are treated as chaotic-aligned and evil-aligned for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.
True Seeing

Part of it's natural abilities, a marilith’s Multiweapon Fighting feat allows it to attack with all its arms at no penalty.
