- Cost: 20 Spell points
- Cooldown: 25 seconds
- Usage: Active
- Prerequisite: Warlock Level 15, Pact: Celestial
Description
Attempt to obliterate an Undead, or severely weaken any non-Undead foe. Undead must succeed on a Will save vs DC (15 + Charisma Modifier + Evocation bonuses) or be destroyed. Undead who fail this save, or enemies who are not undead, instead are terrorized and have their Magical Resistance Rating reduced by 10 for 6 seconds.
Notes
Bug: Ameliorate is not applying its MRR reduction to any target. Tested on red-named Undead (Kai-Teng from LOTD), non-undead trash (Kobolds in Searing Heights) and red-named non-undead (Raptor Red Name in Sharn Welcome).
It does, however, instakill non-deathblocked undead if they fail the save.
