Recently agents of the Four Nations, Dragonmarked Houses and various other organizations have begun exploration of the vast and mysterious southern continent of Xen'Drik. The great profits from the sale of Dragonshards and other historic relics in Khorvaire have brought many adventurers, explorers, the destitute and numerous others to the continent.

Hidden within the wild and untamed land are the desolate ruins of the ancient Giant Civilization. After battling the Quori the Giant Civilization was destroyed by the Dragon population of Argonnessen when they attempted to use their highly advanced devices to put down an elven slave revolt.

Aerenal Elves trace their origins to Xen'drik in the long forgotten past.

Xen'Drik is now a continent mostly inhabited by drow, and degenerate Giants. It is a wild and untamed place with fabulous eldritch machines along with unimaginable treasures. It is still largely unexplored.

Geography[edit]

A land of extremes -- the continent of Xen'Drik is located south of Khorvaire, beyond the Thunder Sea and islands of Shargon's Teeth. The Skyfall peninsula sticks like a dagger from the center of the continent nothwards to Khorvaire. The desert of Menechtarun fills the northwest, the colossal ruins of the Gianthold buffer the desert and the far-reaching Jungles of northeastern corner of the continent.

Little is known about northern Xen'Drik, even less is know about the interior of southern Xen'Drik, which may be summed up with south of Xen'drik is the land mass of Everice.

Stormreach[edit]

The deep water port of Stormreach is currently the primary access point into the interior of the continent.

Menechtarun[edit]

The vast desert of Menechtarun dominates the geography of the northwest corner of the continent.
