Description	A foul insectoid parasite that crawls into a host's ear, dramatically increasing their host's mental abilities. Terrible rumors abound about what happens when the eggs hatch.
Tips	Note that the description when viewing the item is incorrect post-Update 14. The buff gives a +25 psionic bonus to spell power rather than the non-stacking +100% spell damage. 3 Xachosian Larva will spawn in your inventory after the disease effect wears off naturally. Note: Wearing a Disease Immunity item or having Divine Health from 3 levels of Paladin when the Xachosian Spell Frenzy ends, will negate the disease portion and not grant any Larva. It can be re-equipped once infected, but before it wears off, to prevent any stat damage from the disease. Each larva when consumed, will regenerate 5 spell points every 6 seconds for a 2 minute duration, which allows for 100 spell point regeneration per egg consumed. In public areas the effect is masked by City Regeneration. Being hit with any form of the Heal (spell) will cure Xachosian Infestation. Being a Warforged does not prevent Xachosian Larva from spawning after the disease effect wears off. The durability and hardness are very low. Consider doing an Adamantine Ritual to fix this issue.
