Description

Waves of negative energy render all living creatures in the spell’s area fatigued. A fatigued creature takes a -2 penalty to Strength and Dexterity, and suffers a -10% penalty to movement speed.

Duration of the wave is 60 seconds base plus 6 seconds per caster level. Against Player Characters, it lasts only 20 seconds plus 1 second per caster level.
