Overview[edit]

Visbane's Folly

Unraveling Enchantments: The enchantments on this item have become unstable and weakened with time, but those serving House Deneith may be able to restore it. Combine this item in Visbane's Folly atop Sentinel's Tower in House Deneith Enclave with a Sigil of the Goat, a Sigil of the Lion, and a Sigil of the Dragon to restore its original enchantments.

  • Introduced in Update 4.
  • Gather sigils from the Sentinels of Stormreach quest chain.
  • Place sigils and the named item in the Visbane's Folly to upgrade the named item to a more powerful form.
  • You can preview the available upgrades by visiting Visbane's Folly and clicking the list interface.
  • Items can be upgraded to Epic versions and cleanses.

Visbane's Folly[edit]

Used to upgrade items obtain from The Tide Turns quest, by combining them with Sigil of the Goat, a Sigil of the Lion, and a Sigil of the Dragon.

  • Location: atop Sentinel's Tower in House Deneith Enclave. If you have finished The Tide Turns, you can talk to Norbert Visbane to get teleported to the top of the tower.

Sigils are Bound to Account on AcquireBound to Account on Acquire: This item is Bound to Account on Acquire (though can be traded in chest). They are treated as ingredients, and go into your Ingredient Bag. They also have a 100% chance of appearing on the 1-shot quest chain end reward.

Unraveling Enchantments Upgrades[edit]

Items with the "Unraveling Enchantments" attribute are found in the The Tide Turns end chest and the quest chain reward list. Running the quests on higher difficulties will greatly increase the droprate. Droprate is especially very high for Epic, so there's no issue getting the upgraded versions first.
