- Staff of the Shadow
- Sacrificial Dagger
- Souleater (Only while on undead form)
- Ivy Wraps (handwraps), levels 15, 16, 17, 22
- Cauldron of Sora Katra crafted items, such as the Vampiric Stonedust Wraps or Vampiric Fury Shortswords
- Non-ranged Cannith Crafted weapons suffix
- Divine: 46
- Evil: 6 Greater & 32 Lesser essences bound, 18 Greater & 32 Lesser essences unbound
Effect: A weapon with the Lesser Vampirism suffix provides 1 hit point of positive energy-typed healing every time you damage an enemy (regardless of if the target is alive or not / you need to do at least 1 point of base damage for the effect to proc). It appears as 1 hit point repair on Warforged.

Effect: A weapon with the Vampirism suffix provides 1d3 hitpoints of positive energy-typed healing every time you damage an enemy. For a Warforged, this weapon suffix provides 1d3 repair energy for healing instead of positive energy.
