There are several weapon enhancements that cause the weapon to be infused with the power of a specific alignment. These enhancements cause the weapon to require its wielder to be of the same alignment (Use Magic Device to override). Named and crafted items with these powers may not have the alignment requirement to wield the weapon.
Lawful Alignment
True Law
Type: Prefix
Base price modifier: +1
Effect: This weapon is infused with the power of True Law. It does an additional 1 to 6 damage to non-lawful targets and can only be wielded by Lawful aligned characters.
Notes: Use Magic Device DC 20
Absolute Law
Type: Prefix
Base price modifier: +3
Effect: This weapon is infused with the ultimate power of Law. It does an additional 2 to 12 damage to non-lawful targets and can only be wielded by Lawful aligned characters.
Notes: Use Magic Device DC 26
- This effect can appear with another prefix, but the other prefix will not appear in the name of the item.
Chaotic Alignment
True Chaos
Type: Prefix
Base price modifier: +1
Effect: This weapon is infused with the power of True Chaos. It does an additional 1 to 6 damage to non-chaotic targets and can only be wielded by Chaotic aligned characters.

Absolute Chaos
Type: Prefix
Base price modifier: +3
Effect: This weapon is infused with the ultimate power of Chaos. It does an additional 2 to 12 damage to non-chaotic targets and can only be wielded by Chaotic aligned characters.

Good Alignment
Pure Good
Type: Suffix
Base price modifier: +1
Effect: This weapon is infused with the power of Pure Good. It does an additional 1 to 6 damage to non-good targets and can only be wielded by Good aligned characters.

Greater Good
Type: Suffix
Base price modifier: +3
Effect: This weapon is infused with the ultimate power of Good. It does an additional 2 to 12 damage to non-good targets and can only be wielded by Good aligned characters.

Good Burst
Type: Suffix
Base price modifier: Unknown
Effect: This weapon is imbued with the power of good and deals 1 to 6 points of good damage to all of non-good alignment. Additionally, all targets of non-good alignment take an extra 3 to 18 damage on a critical hit for weapons with a x2 critical multiplier, 4 to 24 for a x3 multiplier, and 5 to 30 for a x4 multiplier.

Good Blast
Type: Suffix
Base price modifier: Unknown
Effect: A Good blast weapon is infused with the power of good. Critical hits with this weapon to targets of non-good alignment deal an extra 3 to 18 good damage for a x2 multiplier, 4 to 24 for a x3 multiplier, and 5 to 30 for a x4 multiplier. Additionally, if you roll a natural 20 when attacking and confirm the critical hit, the weapon blasts your target, doing 4 to 24 more good damage to any enemy of non-good alignment.

Evil Alignment
Evil alignment enchantment generally only exist on named and crafted items; presumably this is because there are no Evil aligned characters in DDO to use the items without UMD.
Pure Evil
Type: Suffix
Base price modifier: +1
Effect: This weapon is infused with the power of Pure Evil. It does an additional 1 to 6 damage to non-evil targets and can only be wielded by Evil aligned characters.
Notes: Use Magic Device DC 20
- Currently this suffix is unavailable to players, and only used by a few monsters with special weaponry, such as the Fiendish Firebrand Gnoll Archers encountered in Zawabi's Revenge.
Evil Burst
Type: Suffix
Base price modifier: Unknown
Effect: This weapon is imbued with the power of evil and deals 1 to 6 points of evil damage to all of non-evil alignment. Additionally, all targets of non-evil alignment take an extra 3 to 18 damage on a critical hit for weapons with a x2 critical multiplier, 4 to 24 for a x3 multiplier, and 5 to 30 for a x4 multiplier.
