Users	registered accounts
Autoconfirmed	registered accounts at least as old as $wgAutoConfirmAge (X days?) and having at least as many edits as $wgAutoConfirmCount (Y edits?)
DDO wiki VIPs	100-249 edits
Super Users	250+ edits
Administrators	users who can delete and restore pages, block and unblock users, etc.
Bureaucrats	users who can check, merge, and rename users, assign users to bot and admin groups, etc.
Stewards	users who can change other users' rights
Bots	accounts with the bot right (intended for automated scripts)

• Autoconfirmed will be assigned by $wgAutopromote.
• DDO wiki VIPs and Super Users should be assigned using $wgAutopromoteOnce.
