Combine this item in 'Visbane's Folly' atop Sentinel's Tower in House Deneith Enclave with a Sigil of the Goat, a Sigil of the Lion, and a Sigil of the Dragon to restore its original enchantments.

Items with the "Unraveling Enchantments" attribute are found in the The Tide Turns end chest and the quest chain reward list. Running the quests on higher difficulties will greatly increase the droprate. Droprate is especially very high for Epic, so there's no issue getting the upgraded versions first.
