There are some items in the game that have an item set bonus in their item description, when wearing two or more items with the same item set bonus you will gain extra abilities. Most item sets just comprise of two items, however the Subterrane/Dragontouch sets will give an extra bonus when wearing the third item in the set.

[edit] Korthos Island Item Sets

The first item in the set is an End Quest Reward Item from the Sacrifices Quest, the second item in the set is an End Quest Reward item from the The Salvation of Korthos (Misery's Peak) Quest.

  • Anger's Step - Boots: Expeditious Retreat (CL:1, 2/rest), Jump +3
  • Anger's Gift - Necklace: Strength +1, Resistance +1
    • Set Bonus - To-Hit Bonus +2 (untyped?, stacks with competence)

  • Arcane Goggles - Goggles: Concentration +3, Power I
  • Arcane Necklace - Necklace: Intelligence +1, Charisma +1
    • Set Bonus - 15% improvement to 1st level spells

  • Nimble Grasp - Gloves: Tumble +3, Striding 5%
  • Nimble Brooch - Necklace: Dexterity +1, Resistance +1
    • Set Bonus - To-Hit Bonus +1, +2 Damage to Sneak Attacks

  • Troubleshooter's Goggles - Goggles: Spot +3, Listen +3, Search +3
  • Troubleshooter's Necklace - Necklace: Dexterity +1, Resistance +1
    • Set Bonus - AC +1, Open Lock +3, Disable Device +3
    • This bonus is currently bugged. It gives you +1 to all saves instead of +1 AC, despite the note on the item itself.

The DM's Vision Set is a set that pays homage to the two creators of Dungeons & Dragons. The Voice is a dedication to Gary Gygax and the Mantle to Dave Arneson. The description on both items does not mention the item set bonus when wearing both items.

[edit] Subterrane raid and Dragontouched Item Sets

Dragontouched Armor is gained by completing the Stealer of Souls quest in Reaver's Refuge, you will be given 50 Draconic Runes so that you can purchase the Armor from the Vendor near the Crafting Altars.

  • 2 Item Set Bonus - +3 Insight Bonus to AC, 20% Additional Melee Threat, Unlisted Fortitude and Will Save +1 (Stacks)
  • 3 Item Set Bonus - +5 insight AC, 30% Additional Melee Threat

  • 2 Item Set Bonus - Improved Devotion VIIIImproved Devotion VIII: Increases the effectiveness of wearer's Positive (Healing) spells of 8th level and lower by 30%.
  • 3 Item Set Bonus - Superior Devotion VIIISuperior Devotion VIII: Increases the effectiveness of wearer's Positive (Healing) spells of 8th level and lower by 50%.

[edit] Prestige Enhancements Item Sets

These item sets appeared as from Module 9, you must be at least 18th level in one class to have the Prestige Enhancement requirements. Some items may not have requirements but are still based on being a Prestige Class.

They may be found as chest loot in the Devil Battlefield - belts and necklaces are from flagging quests and Tower of Despair Shadowmaster chest, rings are from Tower of Despair Horoth end chest.
