Give this requisition form to the foreman to increase the total amount of time extensions you can purchase. You are normally limited to 9 or +27 minutes, this allows up to 10, or +30 minutes total. Only usable once per party per challenge.
- Acquired by:
- Killing boss monsters in any challenge. (~4-5% chance for them to drop a random challenge item), Bound to Character.
- Purchase from the DDO Store, Bound to Account.
- Only usable once per party per challenge.
- Usable in the following crystal collection challenges:
