- Brother Tanglewood - Friendly cleric and bind point
- Inquisitive Ingaram - Bestows the quest Hiding in Plain Sight, the first pre-quest for the The Titan Awakes raid series, once you're level 7.
- Baudrey Cartamon - Bestows the Cartamons shipping warehouse quest series and is also involved for Hiding in Plain Sight.
- Fitzpat the Fence - Bestows The Smuggler's Warehouse quest.
- Lesto Half-price - bestows the Stealthy Repossession quest.
