Reason: 2016 2017 statistics

As of 2015 initial implementation of the Night Revels, one of the limiting factor in obtaining an item is number of Keys that you have (Night Revels Key and Lasting Night Revels Key combined). A Key is required to enter the challenge instances each time and maximum ingredient payout from them are always 23.

Following table shows how many Keys are required per item, assuming you are always getting maximum payout (which isnt hard at all).
