Template needs updating

So, we're using decimal numbers now for Focus. This template needs to be updated to allow +/-## while staying backwards compatible with the old roman numeral items (are there any left that weren't ported to the new decimal system?).   • Template no longer forces Roman numerals, casing issue should be resolved by using {{Scase}}, not sure what to do with Spell Focus Mastery at the moment - can figure that out later. Also may overhaul this some more to clean up the hard to read coding used and thinking the template should move to {{Spell Focus}}. Thoughts? • Agreed with the move. Maybe swap parameter order as well, Spell Focus|Evocation|4|Insightful. Spell Focus Mastery should simply be handled as a special case, just like breath weapon focus. Currently Spellfocus|1|spell does the job, but perhaps we should go with Spell Focus|Mastery|1|Quality, resulting in Quality Spell Focus Mastery +1 (on Spinneret). --Cru121

• So I went ahead and created Template:Spell Focus. Though I am not really sure it's better than this one :)

• I changed the parameter order. (Spell Focus | Necromancy | 4 | Insightful)
• I railroaded Breath Weapon to follow the same pattern as any spell school
• Categories should be more granular (now including the amount)
• I got rid of Roman numerals. (dubious choice, but do we need it?)
