Cacophonic Guard and Wand Bracelet[edit]
on Cacophonic Guard, "Cacophonic" been stated as being similar dmg/proc rate of incineration, but sonic dmg. atleast thats what Genasi said with Elyd Edge, so chances are it will have same dmg/rate as incineration guard. Also, the Epic Wand Bracelet, sounds like it acts as a quiver for spells... no more full inv pages of heal scrolls? Yawgmoth 21:49, October 21, 2011 (EDT)
Actaully the wand bracelet sounds more like -clicky of your choice- kind of item. So you can combine any wand of scroll with it, by placing it and the wand/scroll in teh stone of and change and combining them.. The wand bracelet gains X charges of the scroll/wand you put on there, as a clicky.. So non casters can get the benefit of any scroll.
Question is: how many charges? What caster level? If it's 1 charge, minimum CL - meh.. If it's higher.. Sweet.
Tho this will be nice for capstoned artificers regardless.

- I've started in on tables for ingredients/enchantments on Cannith Challenge Rewards, I've no idea what the page itself should be called (possibly Cannith Challenge loot, to go with how the CC page is listed?).
