Because the server is offline, I've created a really poor version of this page, but it has the right formatting and enough information to help people look at the quest. What still needs to be done- location of the second named loot chest (I believe it's in the Warden's chamber, accessed by using the target lever hidden under lava in the chamber's entrance, but since I didn't pull named loot, I don't know if that's the chest that has been coyly referred to by the devs on the forums), actual optional and quest objective names, and more details, along with the quest map and filling in data on experience, the named loot list, and generally everything. Inaccessible shrine area near second anchor[edit]
At the penultimate end fight with the warden at the very bottom of the prison, and after flipping the lever in the lava and opening the chest room, there seems to be one more room nearby with a shrine and reagents cabinet that are targetable.
