Talk:Starting an Artificer

Hey,

I've just rolled back the changes on this page for the 2nd time; the first time i rolled it back I reviewed the removed information and found it was still game relevant, I also left a kind word on Ruder's talk page regarding this and even though he has blanked his talk page you can easily see the conversation history of how that went - he agreed removal and deletion of relevant information was not good.

Then User:Technical_13 rolled it back again and today its been removed once more with no reason provided and also removed by the IP: 127.0.0.1 and not a user at all.

And 5 mins later the same chunk of text was removed which Ruder removed yesterday that Tech undid from IP: 127.0.0.1 Not sure what to do about this - over to the admins.

  • Usually I wouldn't have an issue with that action. In this case however, 127.0.0.1 isn't a "real" address. It is the localhost loopback address and there shouldn't be any edit there. Any troubles with that particular address suggests that the page affected should be temporarily semi-protected and it should be immediately reported to Xevo or myself to be dealt with (I don't mind emailing Xevo myself and I know I'm on his email whitelist with no worries of being dropped in spam). • Thanks ShoeMaker. Now I know. I wasn't sure if protecting or blocking was the correct course of action, and you mentioned not being around for the day. --Zav (ContributionsMessage) 19:17, May 24, 2014 (EDT)
