This quest can bug out and be rendered uncompletable if the objective "Find a way to light the beacon" is not credited as being done when the beacon is lit. Spinning the mirrors does not help, since that only serves to light the puzzle. There is no way to 'unlight' and then 'relight' the beacon. Once it is lit there is no further dialogue possible with the mausoleum door.

- Did you know there is a new bug reporting tool interface? While still not perfect, it's a vast improvement over the old system/form. You should try it out.
