Do casting times get significantly longer at higher levels to make this feat worth taking?

- casting time? not really. Heal, Mass is the only one that comes to my mind. maybe Acid Fog, Cloudkill and Blade Barrier too. this isnt the feat you need to take when you wanna shorten the casting time anyway, Quicken Spell is the one.
